Letter to 5LINX Family

To My Entire 5LINX Family,

When you finish reading this, I hope you are more motivated and determined than ever to accomplish your goals and dreams.

It’s been a very difficult few days, but regardless of present circumstances, I wanted to reach out to each of you to let you know how proud I am of you, and what a tremendous privilege it’s been working towards our dreams together. 16 years ago Jeb, Craig & I started this journey with one purpose- to put representatives 1st. I can walk away from the 5LINX field today knowing full well that we did indeed accomplish that; we built a company where “Reps Come First!” What an incredible journey it has been and with so many amazing memories that will last a lifetime!

The next several months will be tremendously challenging to me, my family and former business partners. What I’ve been accused of is serious, but I’m confident that it will be brought to a positive conclusion. My spirit remains steadfast and the truth shall be the best and only defense needed. Unfortunately, most people only remember the first headline that is typically located on the front page. When we are exonerated, that news will be a blip on the radar located on the last page.

In the meantime, the corporate leadership at 5LINX has decided it’s best to part ways while I deal with the legal and financial implications of these allegations. I understand their position and I DO NOT agree with it. I would want nothing more than to continue helping you WIN, but unfortunately, that’s no longer my decision.

I wanted you to hear this news from me. Please do not let this derail you or your team. Life, as well as business, can be a roller coaster, so buckle up, hang on and enjoy the ride. We only get one life.

I love, respect, and appreciate everyone reading this. your support for me and my family has truly been overwhelming and tearful. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers- please keep them coming. You are my extended family and I’m so proud to have been a part of this great company with each and every one of you. Please stay strong, keep working hard towards your goals, and never let a setback like what I’m going through – or anything else for that matter – keep you from pursuing your greatest success. I truly appreciate you in every way- these words cannot ever express my gratitude. Always lead from the front.
